How to Roll Races in the Forge
Rolling races in the Forge is done through the main menu by selecting the “Reroll Race” option. Each reroll costs spins or specific resources obtained from daily rewards, events, or in-game purchases. After confirming, the system randomly assigns a new race from the available pool, each providing unique traits and abilities. Players often reroll multiple times to obtain rare or powerful races, so managing spins wisely can make a big difference in progression.
When you start the game, you get a free roll at the beginning. After that, to roll or reroll races in the Forge, you must interact with the Wizard. Once you do that, you can roll using spins. Below, we have mentioned the steps to find the Wizard and roll races:
Wizard is one of the most hidden NPCs in the Forge. Don’t worry, we have the exact route to find him faster:
- Walk toward the cave after spawning on the Stonewake’s Cross map.
- Now, instead of taking the right (into the cave), take the left.
- After crossing the NPC, you will find a house on the left near the dead end.
- Just walk through the doors, and you will find the Wizard’s location in the Forge.
Once you find the Wizard, follow the steps below to roll or reroll races in the Forge:
- Go near the Wizard and press the E key to open the roll page.
- Click the Reroll button to roll for the race you desire.
- The rolls are chance-based, so you will need a couple of rolls to find the better ones.
How to Get More Roll Spins in the Forge
The fastest way to get more Roll Spins in the Forge is by completing daily missions, participating in limited-time events, and redeeming active codes shared by the developers. You can also earn extra spins through game passes or by leveling up your character. Keep an eye on community updates and in-game announcements, as new methods for gaining spins often appear during special events or race updates.
Just like me, you might not have gotten a solid race at the first try. That is why it is important to reroll in the game. For that, you will need more rolls. Here is how to get more reroll spins in the Forge:
1. The Forge Codes
The Forge codes are the best free way to get more spins in the game. Go to the settings tab and redeem the codes. This will instantly give you multiple spins.
2. Purchase Rerolls
If you don’t want to waste time redeeming codes, purchasing spins is also an option. To do so, you can click the ‘Buy Rerolls’ button and select the pack you want by exchanging Robux. Here are the reroll spin packs available in the game:
- 1 Reroll: 75 Robux
- 5 Reroll: 300 Robux
- 10 Reroll: 575 Robux
How to Unlock Race Slots in the Forge
Race slots open after you gather specific materials from Forge matches and complete forge upgrades at the anvil. Collect iron ore and coal from early maps to craft the first tier, then push into higher-risk zones for rare crystals needed for slots two through five. Upgrade your anvil between rounds to process these faster, filling slots as you hit milestones like 50 kills or 10 wins. Prioritize team plays on objectives to farm resources quicker without solo risks. Max slots let you roll multiple races per rebirth, stacking power for late-game dominance.
Want to be of a stronger race in the Forge? Well, you can use a maximum of three races at once. To do so, you must open extra slots. Here are the requirements to unlock new race slots in the Forge:
- 1st Slot: Default
- 2nd Slot: Level 30 or 175 Robux
- 3rd Slot: Level 100 or 325 Robux
The Forge Races Tier List
This tier list ranks Forge races by strength and utility. S-tier options like Apex and Vanguard dominate with unmatched speed and power boosts. A-tier picks such as Riftwalker and Stormbringer offer solid versatility for most builds. B-tier races like Nomad provide reliable perks without major flaws. C and D tiers, including basic Human variants, lag behind due to weak abilities and scaling issues. Prioritize S and A for competitive edges.
Now that you know how to roll races and what traits they give, you must be wondering which ones are the best. Here is the full tier list for the races in the game, so that you pick the best ones when playing the Forge:
| Tier | Races |
|---|---|
| S Tier | Angel, Demon |
| A Tier | Dragonborn, Minotaur, Golem, Goblin |
| B Tier | Shadow, Undead |
| C Tier | Orc, Dwarf |
| D Tier | Elf, Zombie |
| F Tier | Human |
In our tier list, we have picked them based on these stats:
- Angel and Demon sit at the top because their mobility, damage, and safety tools outperform every other race in nearly any build.
- Dragonborn, Minotaur, Golem, and Goblin earn high spots thanks to strong stats or money advantages that work well in most loadouts.
- Shadow and Undead land in the middle since they feel strong with the right playstyle, but come with real drawbacks.
- Orc and Dwarf fall into a niche tier because they can work, yet they are outclassed once you unlock stronger races.
- Elf and Zombie rank low because they are usable early but get overshadowed quickly by better options.
- Human is placed at the bottom as it offers the weakest bonuses and is outgrown the moment upgrades are available.
Best races for PvP in The Forge Roblox
Demon stands out as the top PvP race in The Forge on Roblox due to its high DPS from physical and fire damage boosts, plus AoE effects like Hellfire Circles that shred groups. Archangel tops tier lists for blending Angel mobility with Demon damage, offering unmatched speed, luck, and utility to outmaneuver foes. Angel excels with massive mobility, dashes for evasion, and strong damage passives, ideal for hit-and-run tactics.
S-Tier PvP Picks
These races dominate 1v1 and group fights through raw power or survivability:
-
Demon: 20% boosts to physical/fire damage and attack speed; Backfire ignites attackers.
-
Archangel: Rarest elite with Angel/Demon hybrid abilities for damage, speed, and luck.
-
Angel: High stamina efficiency, jumps/dashes, and luck for dodging while outputting damage.
A-Tier PvP Options
Strong alternatives if you can’t land S-tier; focus on sustain or burst:
-
Golem: Massive health/size for tanking hits, plus heavy weapon attack speed; trades mobility.
-
Dragonborn: +20% health, burn DoT on hits, and height for reach in melee.
-
Minotaur: Rage mode under 50% HP surges speed/damage; tanky size but low stamina.
-
Shadow: Evasion, move/attack speed for agile DPS; lower health is the tradeoff.
-
Felynx: Budget gauntlet DPS with strong dodges for skilled players.
PvP Strategy Tips
Pair top races with gauntlets or straight swords for synergy-Demons amplify fire AoE, while Angels chain dashes to flank. Reroll aggressively for Mythical/Legendary odds (under 2-4%); use codes
Best Demon builds for PvP in The Forge Roblox
Demon excels in PvP due to its +20% boosts to physical damage, fire damage, attack speed, and movement speed, plus passives like Backfire (ignites attackers), Cursed Aura (DoT on nearby foes), and Devil’s Finger (extra fire proc). These make it a DPS monster for melting opponents in close-range duels or group clears.
Top Demon DPS Build
This meta setup maximizes fire/explosion synergy for burst and AoE clears:
-
Weapon: Chaos Straight Sword (19.5 DPS, 0.5s speed, Cursed Aura AoE) or Magmaite (explosion on hit).
-
Armor: Demon Knight (burn + backfire traits) or Obsidian (flat defense).
-
Pickaxe: Demonic (endgame mining power with rune slots for PvP utility).
-
Runes (socket at Rune NPC post-LV30/50): Blast Chip (primary, on-hit DPS/explosions), Flame Spark (support, fire uptime).
Pairs perfectly with Demon’s fire amps for pack clears and sustained pressure.
Alternative Sustain Variant
For longer fights with lifesteal:
-
Weapon: Dragon Slayer Colossal Sword (high range poke) or Eye Ore (DMG amp).
-
Armor: Demo Knight or Uranium (HP AoE).
-
Runes: Drain Edge (primary, lifesteal), Ward Patch (support, invuln bursts).
Trades some burst for immortality against tanks.
Playstyle Tips
Dash in with boosted speed for Devil’s Finger procs, then unload Chaos combos while Backfire punishes counters. Enhance weapons to +3 first, farm World 2 volcanics for ores, and reroll runes at LV30+ slots. Avoid stamina-draining foes; this build snowballs in caves/PvP lobbies.
