The clash between Fortnite and Bleach brings anime power to the island with a lineup of thrilling quests and exclusive rewards. Here’s how players can claim every item and complete each challenge before time runs out.
While players enjoy the new Bleach skins in the Fortnite Item Shop, Epic Games has taken the crossover a step further and introduced new Bleach quests to the game. These quests allow you to not only engage with the new Dual Zengatsu Mythic in Blitz Royale but also make some progress in the Battle Pass. Here are all of the Bleach quests in Fortnite and what rewards you can get for completing them.
Fortnite Bleach Quests, Rewards, and How to Complete Them
Fortnite’s Bleach crossover brings a fresh set of themed quests inspired by the iconic anime. Players can earn exclusive rewards such as character outfits, emotes, and accessories by completing tasks tied to Bleach characters and story elements. The quests involve activities like dealing damage with specific weapons, interacting with NPCs based on the Bleach universe, and completing objectives across different matches. Finishing all missions grants bonus cosmetics connected to Ichigo and his allies, making this event a must-play for fans and collectors.
The Fortnite Bleach quests are live in-game starting from December 23, 2025. It is important to remember that the Bleach quests are only available in the Blitz Royale mode. You can find the Bleach quests by navigating to the game’s Quests tab and scrolling through the list. However, make sure you have the Blitz Royale mode selected so you have an easier time finding the Bleach quests.
For now, half of all the Bleach quests are available to complete. The other half of the quests will be released on December 30, 2025, at 9 AM ET. While there is no in-game info about when these quests will end, we predict they will get rotated out with the next Fortnite update, version 39.20, which is set to release on January 6, 2026. Best tips to complete Rukia Kuchiki quests quickly
The fastest way to clear Rukia’s quests is to force close-range fights in Blitz Royale and prioritize getting Dual Zangetsu early in every match.
General approach
-
Play only Blitz Royale and drop hot so you can find enemies and Dual Zangetsu quickly.
-
Once you get Dual Zangetsu, treat it as your main weapon and constantly push fights within melee range. Aggression is what progresses all of her objectives at once.
Damage with Falling Strike
-
Falling Strike is the jump + primary attack; jump toward enemies and aim to land directly on them or just beside them to guarantee hits.
-
Third-party low-HP fights: wait until two players are already fighting, then dive in with Falling Strike so you secure safe damage without trading much health.
Damage with Dual Zangetsu combo
-
Spam left-click in melee range; the game counts this as the combo and it racks up damage very quickly on unaware or boxed-in players.
-
Focus on isolated players (reviving, looting, healing) so you can complete the full combo string without them escaping.
Eliminations within 15 meters
-
Land directly on other players off the bus and immediately push anyone you see, even if it means taking 50/50 fights for quick progress.
-
Prefer shotguns and SMGs until you find Dual Zangetsu; even if you spawn with an AR or sniper, close the gap before shooting so kills register under 15 meters.
Win while wielding Dual Zangetsu
-
After you have a good start on the other quests, switch to safer play: rotate early, avoid center-zone chaos, and only take favorable fights while keeping Dual Zangetsu in your inventory.
-
In final circles, use Dual Zangetsu only when enemies are distracted or cracked by your guns, so you do not throw the match but still meet the “wielding” condition for the Blitz Royale win.
Best loadout and weapons for Rukia Kuchiki quests
For Rukia’s Fortnite quests, the ideal loadout is built around quickly getting and abusing Dual Zangetsu, then supporting it with strong close-range guns, mobility, and sustain.
Core mythic: Dual Zangetsu
-
Make Dual Zangetsu your primary weapon, since almost all of Rukia’s quests require using it (combo damage, Falling Strike damage, eliminations in close range, winning while wielding it).
-
Drop in busy POIs with many gold chests so you can find Dual Zangetsu fast; if a teammate finds it first, have them ping it and swap.
Recommended weapons
-
Shotgun (any high-damage pump/striker type) to crack enemies before you swap to Dual Zangetsu to finish them at under 15 meters.
-
Fast AR or SMG for follow-up and securing close-range eliminations when you cannot safely dive with Dual Zangetsu.
Utility and heals
-
Carry at least one strong healing slot (Slurp-style items, Med-Mist, or fast shields) so you can keep forcing close fights repeatedly in a single match.
-
Use one slot for mobility (Shockwaves, Grapple, or similar) to quickly close distance, enabling more Falling Strike and combo damage attempts.
Inventory priority order
-
Slot 1: Dual Zangetsu.
-
Slot 2: Shotgun, Slot 3: SMG/AR, Slot 4: mobility, Slot 5: heals; if you find extra mobility, drop the AR first and keep shotgun + Dual Zangetsu as your damage core.
