Fortnite: Winterfest Guide Christmas Tree Locations Holiday Presents – Chapter 7

Guides

Mysterious pine trees have returned across the island, each one wrapped in lights, gifts, and festive cheer. Here’s where to find every Fortnite Christmas tree in Chapter 7 before the Winterfest spirit fades away.

Much like previous Winterfest events, you can also complete quests tied to these trees. With that said, let’s explore all the Christmas tree locations in Fortnite Winterfest 2025.

Fortnite Christmas Tree Locations Map

The Fortnite Christmas Tree Locations Map highlights every festive tree across the Chapter 7 island, making it easier to complete Winterfest 2025 challenges. Each tree is placed in major points of interest and smaller towns, decorated with gifts, lights, and XP rewards nearby. Players can use the map to quickly plan routes, visit each tree, and collect their seasonal rewards without missing any location.

Before heading on to find the Christmas trees, remember that they do not spawn at every POI on the map. This, mixed with the loot that can spawn around them, makes the Christmas trees a regularly contested spot.

Here are all of the Christmas tree locations in Fortnite Chapter 7. If you face trouble locating the trees, you can reference the map above for assistance:

  • In the Crackshot Cabin, south of the Clawsy Lodge POI.
  • Set up cozily in the central area of the POI, inside the big cabin at Tiptop Terrace.
  • Near the house with a small pool in the northeastern part of Humble Hills.
  • In the middle of Clawsy Lodge, right in front of the main lodge building.
  • Find one Christmas tree in the southern part of Bumpy Bay in the courtyard attached to the pink house.
  • Another Christmas tree is located to the south of the first Bumpy Bay tree, right next to the job board.
  • A third Bumpy Bay tree is right next to the pier entrance.
  • Next to the giant LED object marked by the pink hue in Sandy Strip.
  • In the northern part of Sus Studios, in front of the Stage 1 hangar, which you see when entering the POI.
  • Head to the southeastern part of Wonkeeland to find the Christmas tree in front of the castle-themed performance stage.
  • Next to the Krunchy Krickets building in the western part of Latte Landing.
  • In front of the cinema hall entrance in the northeastern part of Battlewood Boulevard.
  • Close to the beach, right next to the surfer’s statue in Ripped Tides.
  • In the courtyard of the main Fore Fields building, next to the golfing cactus statue.

You can interact with the various Christmas Trees around the map in different ways to complete certain Winterfest 2025 quests.

How to Get Christmas Presents in Fortnite Chapter 7

You can collect Christmas presents in Fortnite Chapter 7 by visiting Winterfest cabins, completing holiday-themed quests, or opening gift boxes found near decorated Christmas trees. These presents often contain festive rewards like skins, emotes, and pickaxes. Keep an eye on event challenges and limited-time modes, as they may grant extra gifts for logging in daily or completing specific tasks during the Winterfest event.

Christmas Presents are a staple of every year’s Winterfest event. These Legendary consumable items can be thrown onto the ground next to or around a player to spawn a giant-sized gift box. It holds valuable loot, often a Legendary weapon alongside some heals. With the 39.11 update, Presents are once again enabled in Chapter 7 Battle Royale gameplay.

You don’t have to follow any elaborate steps to get your hands on the Presents item. You can usually find them around the Christmas trees on the Fortnite Chapter 7 map. Presents are also found through chests. These are usually easy to spot, as you can see their Legendary item glow from a mile away.

Best landing routes to hit multiple trees early

The safest way to hit multiple Christmas trees early is to plan short, low-contest rotations between nearby POIs that each have a tree, rather than trying to sprint across the entire island off-spawn.

General routing principles

  • Drop so your glider opens over low ground near your first tree POI, not directly above it, to land faster than other players.

  • Prioritize routes where POIs are in a straight line along the bus path, so you can rotate by sprint, car, or rail without backtracking.

Safe multi-tree ideas

  • “Quiet side” routes (like Crackshot Cabin → a nearby low-traffic POI) let you loot in peace and then glide or drive to a second tree once the lobby thins out.

  • Remote POIs with their own tree plus vehicles nearby are ideal for hitting a second or third tree later without surviving a hot drop mid-map.

Aggressive hot-drop routes

  • High-density tree POIs (for example, ones that have two or three trees in a single town) let you finish a “visit X trees” quest in one match but will be heavily contested.

  • In these spots, land on a nearby rooftop or side building first, grab a gun, then push from tree to tree using cover and interiors instead of running straight through open plazas.

In-match execution tips

  • Always leave your first POI with full shields, at least two heals, and mobility (car, ODM, launch pad, etc.) before committing to a second tree.

  • If a tree is already looted, still approach close enough to get credit for “visit” style quests, then immediately rotate away rather than taking a bad fight for empty chests.

Best drop spots with dense early-tree clusters in Chapter 7

The best dense Christmas-tree cluster to drop on in Chapter 7 is Bumpy Bay, since it has three trees in a single POI, letting you clear most “visit/open chests at trees” quests almost instantly.

Strong early-tree drop spots

  • Bumpy Bay: Three Christmas trees spread across the town (courtyard by the pink house, near the job board, and by the pier) make this the highest-density early-tree cluster on the map.

  • Tiptop Terrace: One central tree plus strong loot and solid cover indoors, good if you want one safe tree with easy rotations.

  • Clawsy Lodge: One tree in the middle but lots of early chests and line-of-sight cover, so you can safely loot the tree then rotate to Crackshot Cabin’s tree.

  • Bumpy Bay route: Land at the quieter side building near the petrol station, gear up, then clear the three trees in a loop (courtyard → job board → pier) before rotating toward Inoloop Labs or Sandy Strip.

  • Clawsy Lodge route: Land roof → grab a gun → loot the central tree → rotate south to Crackshot Cabin to tag a second tree with minimal contest.

  • Tiptop Terrace route: Land at the north dock for fast shields and loot, then push uphill to the main building for the tree, keeping high ground for any third-party fights.

When to pick each spot

  • Choose Bumpy Bay if you want maximum tree count in one POI and do not mind heavy contest.

  • Choose Clawsy Lodge or Tiptop Terrace if you want one safer early tree plus clean rotations to a second tree once the lobby thins out.
