How to Get Potions in Abyss

Potions in Abyss can be obtained through several methods, mainly by defeating enemies, completing daily quests, or looting chests scattered across different areas. Some rare potions drop from boss fights or can be crafted using materials found in specific zones. Players can also trade with NPC merchants or purchase certain potions with Abyss Coins in the in-game shop. Exploring various regions often yields different potion types, so checking each area’s drop tables and event rewards helps build a solid collection for every playstyle.

The easiest way to get potions in Abyss is to head to Mr. Black NPC on the Forgotten Deep island. He keeps a stock of three items at a time that refreshes every 44 seconds. Most of the time, you might see small oxygen pods in Mr. Black’s stock, and sometimes potions as well. Once they appear in stock, pay the required amount of money, and the potion will be yours.

If the cost of potions seems way out of your budget, consider getting them by completing the quests in Abyss. You can complete the quests of Virelia, Diver, and more such missions to get potions as rewards. Apart from these, you can also redeem the latest Abyss codes to get some potions for free.

How to Use Potions in Abyss

Potions in Abyss are activated directly from your inventory or quick bar during combat or exploration. Each potion has a specific effect, such as restoring health, boosting attack power, or increasing movement speed for a limited time. To use one, open your inventory, select the potion, and confirm the action, or press its assigned hotkey if equipped. Timing is key-use healing potions before you’re critically low on health and buff potions right before a challenging fight to gain the maximum benefit.

Having obtained the potions in Abyss, the rest of the task is quite easy. All you need to do is equip the potion in your hand or simply press the key associated with the desired potion in your hotbar. Then click the left mouse button to drink the potion you selected.

This will instantly apply the effect of the potion, and you will gain the buffs for the next 15 minutes. You can use the right Abyss artifacts and combine them with potions to get stronger perks.

Latest Abyss codes February 2026

Right now there is only one confirmed working Abyss code for February 2026:

  • RELEASE – gives 100 Star Shards, 5 Small Oxygen Pods, and 1 Speed Potion.

As of February 10-11, 2026, multiple sources list RELEASE as the only active code and note that there are no expired codes yet because the game just launched.

To redeem it: open Abyss, click the gear icon (Settings) in the top-left, scroll to the Codes section, type RELEASE exactly (codes are case-sensitive), then press Redeem.

New codes are usually posted in the official Abyss/Deep Spirit Games Discord and Roblox group, and on code-list sites that update daily, so checking those periodically will help you spot any codes added later in February.

How to redeem Abyss codes in Roblox

You redeem Abyss codes through the in-game Settings menu, and you must finish the tutorial first.

Step-by-step code redeeming

  1. Launch Abyss on Roblox.

  2. Complete the tutorial quests (talk to the Kraken, catch a few fish, and finish the first gear/tutorial chain) until it says the tutorial is finished.

  3. Click the gear/cog icon (Settings) on the left/top-left of your screen.

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings window until you see the Codes section and the “Enter code…” text box.
