Return to the cave in Stonewake’s Cross and take the right path after the railway ends near the quest NPCs. Follow the first arrow along the route past low-level zombies until reaching the locked iron gate. Stand before the gate and hold E to apply the Unknown Key, which opens the door to Fallen Angel’s Cave and then vanishes as a single-use item.
Once you have the Unknown Key, you can use it to open the gate to the Fallen Angel’s Cave. The cave is located deep inside the Inner Cave. First, take the right and follow the first arrow. This will lead you to the locked gate. Once there, hold the E key to use the Unknown Key and unlock the Fallen Angel’s Cave.
