Complete individual quests for Eldran (blue markings), Maelira (five fish types), Varn (LEVIATHAN letters), Kareth (corrupted books), and Sythra (lanterns) to receive each piece. Take all fragments to the Amulet NPC with red horns in the third room, then hold E to craft the complete amulet instantly.​

To get the Dreamers Amulet in Fisch, you must collect five amulet fragments. Once done, you can craft them into the amulet.
