How to Complete Eldran’s Amulet Fragment Quest in Fisch

Speak to Eldran in the Cultist Lair on Terrapin Island to receive the task of inspecting three cultist markings. Head to the coordinates -142.3, 150.4, 1943.7 near the Angler NPC hut and two other spots on the island, pressing E to examine each one. Return to Eldran afterward to claim the Eldran’s Amulet Fragment reward.​

The new NPC named Eldran is located in the Cultist Lair, a secret location on Terrapin Island. For that, get to the Sea Traveler, get a Sea Turtle, and interact with the secret lever accessible only during a foggy night to reach the Terrapin Hideaway. Once there, pass through the huge gates to reach the central area.

Now interact with the Eldran NPC, the one beside the crates on the left side of the central fishing area. He will ask you to jot down the coordinates of the 3 markings on the Terrapin Island and get back to him. Head to coordinates 151, 150, 2033 on Terrapin Island to locate the Sea Traveler NPC. Catch a Sea Turtle from the Terrapin Bestiary, hold it, and talk to the NPC multiple times to obtain the Sea Traveler Note with cave coordinates (0, 150, 2000).​

Step 2: Locate Terrapin Hideaway

Sail or fly to the back side of Terrapin Island near 0, 150, 2000 (behind two pine trees at Y:155). Climb the rocks to enter the leaf-covered cave entrance.​​

Step 3: Create Foggy Night Conditions

Equip Sundial totem to set nighttime if needed, then use Smokescreen totem for fog. A green lever will appear inside the cave-interact (hold E) to pull it and open the entrance.​​
