The Ghostface Last Call Mythic has arrived in Fortnite, drawing players into a chilling chase for one of the season’s most sought-after items. Learn where to find it, how to claim the Ghostface disguise, and what makes this eerie addition a standout in the Last Call event.
While the cosmetic collaborations have everybody excited, there are some gameplay items as well that further elevate the horror on the island. One such item is Last Call, which turns the user into Ghostface from the iconic film series Scream. The ability lets users chase down enemies and slash them with their deadly knife. How to Get Last Call Mythic Item in Fortnite
The Last Call Mythic item can be obtained by defeating Ghostface during the Last Call event in Fortnite. Players must locate the masked killer on the map, usually near event-marked areas tied to limited-time challenges. After defeating him, Ghostface will drop the Mythic item on the ground for immediate collection. Participating in event quests and playing through the themed mode can also increase the chance of encountering him and earning the reward faster.
In order to get Last Call, also known as Ghostface mythic in Fortnite, players will need to find a Stalkbox (Black Phone Booth) across the new Fortnitemares island. If you’re nearby one, you’ll hear a telephone ringing and see an exclamation mark on your HUD, pointing you towards its direction.
Then, walk near it and enter the phone booth. As soon as you enter, you’ll change your disguise into Ghostface, and you’ll automatically get the Last Call item in your inventory in an empty slot. So before you enter a Stalkbox, make sure you’ve got a slot empty. You can also pick the item up from the ground in case it gets swapped with another item from your inventory.
How to Use Last Call in Fortnite
Access the Ghostface Last Call Mythic through the Scream collaboration event in Fortnite’s Creative mode or specific limited-time quests. Equip it from your inventory after obtaining the item via event challenges or loot drops in matching game modes. Activate the ability by holding the interact key near eligible targets, triggering a stealthy takedown animation that silences and eliminates foes without alerting nearby players. Practice timing in Creative islands to master the range and cooldown, ensuring smooth plays during matches. Pair it with silenced weapons for full covert operations.
To use Last Call, you’ll need to equip it to become Ghostface. As long as you have the item equipped, you’ll be Ghostface. When you switch to any other item in your inventory, the disguise will wear off.
Last Call is made up of two items and abilities: the first is a phone that can help you ping enemies nearby, and the second is a knife that attacks them. While having the item equipped, your pace also increases, and you’ll be able to jump higher.
You can use your ADS button (Right Click/L2) to ping enemies near you while using Last Call. As soon as you press it, Ghostface will dial a number and emit a red scanning light to scan enemies. It functions similarly to a Recon Grenade, as enemies will be marked near you and you’ll be able to see their outline. Once you use that ability, it will go under a 25-second cooldown before you use it again.
Next up is Attack. You can use your knife and press the fire button to either perform melee hits to the enemy that deal 70 damage, or jump in the air and press fire to perform a leap attack that deals 50 damage. Depending on your choice of attack, the damage will vary. Furthermore, Last Call has a durability meter, which means you cannot overuse the item in the entire match, as it will disappear as soon as its durability hits 0. So use it wisely!
All Stalkbox Phone Booth Locations on the Fortnite Map
Stalkbox Phone Booths can be found at several key points around the island, usually near main POIs and areas of high activity. Locations include spots near Fencing Fields, Pleasant Piazza, and Grand Glacier, as well as smaller surrounding zones. Each booth allows players to equip the Ghostface disguise needed to access the Last Call Mythic, so checking multiple booths during a match can increase your chances of finding an available one before others do.
While the Stalkbox (Phone Booth) spawns at random locations in every match, we’ve created a map that shows all the possible spots we’ve found a Stalkbox at.
Here are all the locations where you’ll spot a Stalkbox in Fortnite:

- West of Bugswatter Beach
- South of Outlaw Oasis
- North of Canyon Crossing
- Supernova Academy
- O.X.R. HQ
- Harmony Hills
- North of Gourdy Gate

You may be able to find some more Stalkboxes apart from these locations, but we’ve seen they spawn mostly either near the Pumpkin Takeovers or Capture Points. However, there have been a couple of instances we’ve spotted them in the wild where you won’t expect them to appear.
Where are Stalkboxes most commonly located on the map
Stalkboxes are spread all over the island, but they most commonly appear near major POIs and gas stations, especially around Fortnitemares-themed areas like Creepy Camps, Pumpkin Pass, and Supernova Academy. They have many possible spawn points, and only some of them are active each match, so you often need to check several spots.
General spawn rules

There are around 30-31 possible Stalkbox spawn points on the Chapter 6 Season 4 map, but only a subset will actually spawn in any given match.

At least one Stalkbox can appear at most major POIs, with extras in nearby landmarks or along roads, so rotating between POIs is an effective way to find them.
High-probability areas

Fortnitemares POIs such as Creepy Camps, Bugswatter Beach surroundings, Supernova Academy, and Outlaw Oasis have multiple documented Stalkbox spawns in and just outside the POI.

Gas stations are especially good checks: guides note Stalkboxes at gas stations north of Pumpkin Pass, south of Creepy Camps, west of Bugswatter Beach, near Gourdy Gate, and several other roadside stations.
Landmarks and bridges

Bridges and road intersections host several spawns, including Shining Span, the Pumpkin Pass bridge, and road forks east of Creepy Camps and near Canyon Crossing.

Smaller landmarks like cabins northeast of Ranger’s Ruin, shacks near mountain areas, tennis courts south of Pumpkin Pass, and campsites in snowy plains each have single Stalkbox spots worth checking when nearby.
How to confirm one is nearby

When you are close to a possible spawn, a ringing sound plays and an exclamation-mark icon appears at the top of your screen, pointing toward the active Stalkbox.

If you visit a known spawn point and see no icon or booth, it means it did not spawn that match or another player already used it, so move to the next nearest POI or gas station.
Best routes to farm multiple Stalkboxes in one match
Stalkboxes in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4 spawn randomly at around 30 fixed points each match, so the best farming routes focus on tight clusters of high-probability spots at POIs, gas stations, and bridges to hit multiple in one rotation.
Northern Route (Pumpkin Pass to Supernova)

Start at Pumpkin Pass gas station (Berto Go) or bridge for a quick first Stalkbox, then head south to Creepy Camps POI (south edge and nearby gas station).

Swing east to Supernova Academy interiors/edges, then north to Harmony Hills bridge toward O.X.R. HQ; this loop covers 4-6 spots safely early-game.
Western Route (Bugswatter Beach Area)

Land west of Bugswatter Beach at the campsite/gas station cluster (Berto Go west side), grabbing one immediately, then east across to beachside camp for the second.

Rotate south to Gourdy Gate gas station and nearby road fork, chaining 3-4 spawns with low player traffic if dropping off-meta.
Central/Southern Loops

Hit Way Station POI, then Rolling Blossoms Farm (central field), and Utopia City building edges for a dense 3-spot chain; extend to Dreamy Domain for more.

Southern end: Viny Shafts bridge (formerly Shiny Shafts), Canyon Crossing right bridge, and Shogun’s Solitude center-great for mid-game trucking.
Farming Tips

Prioritize gas stations (every Berto Go has high odds) and Fortnitemares POIs like Creepy Camps; listen for ringing and follow HUD icons to active ones without wasting time.
