How to Get Jungle Egg in Grow a Garden
Players trade 50 Jungle Fruits at the Jungle Egg trader in the central garden hub. Collect these fruits by harvesting rare jungle plants that spawn randomly on vine-covered plots after level 15. Save fruits from daily quests or events to reach the total faster, as the trader refreshes stock every hour. Once traded, the egg hatches into one of eight jungle pets with varying rarities.
Players can obtain the Jungle Egg in any one of the two ways in Grow a Garden: Seed Stages upgrade and the regular pets egg shop.
1. Seed Stages Upgrade Reward
During the Seed Stages event, you’ll need to buy Evo I seeds from the seed shop and plant them. After harvesting the Evo plants, you can tend plants, bring them to the Seed Stage NPC, and upgrade them. Upgrading a plant will give you the next stage Evo II seed alongside other Stage 1 rewards, like eggs, cosmetics, and gears.
Similarly, the final stage (Stage 3) of the Evo seed upgrade will be from Evo seed III to Evo seed IV. After the upgrade, you’ll get Evo seed IV and a pool of rewards, which includes the Jungle egg. The reward you’ll obtain will be random, and it can be or cannot be a Jungle egg.
There are various other items available as a reward, such as Grandmaster Sprinkler or Gardener Seed Pack. This will reduce the chances of getting a Jungle Egg. We recommend upgrading multiple Evo III seeds so that you can get the rewards multiple times, increasing your chances of getting a Jungle Egg in Grow a Garden.
2. Egg Shop
Obtaining the Jungle Egg from Raphael’s Pet Egg shop is much easier than getting it from the event. The Jungle Egg won’t always be available in the shop stock, like the other higher rarity eggs. But you can wait for it to restock every 30 minutes. Or join the Grow a Garden stock Discord server to track the restock.

People who want to spend will be able to restock the shop for 90 Robux. Even when the shop has restocked, there is no guarantee that the Jungle Egg will be in stock. If you are lucky enough and it’s available, then you can buy it for 30,000,000 Sheckles or 199 Robux.
Best Jungle Egg pet in Grow a Garden
The rarest and most sought-after pet from the Jungle Egg is the Emerald Monkey, known for its striking green glow and playful animations. It boasts excellent growth stats and offers good bonuses when helping with garden tasks, making it both a collectible and a useful companion. Players often aim to hatch it through luck or trade due to its limited drop rate and standout appearance among other jungle creatures.
Now that you know how to get the egg, it’s time to know which pet can make you the most profit in the game. After having tested these pets multiple times, we conclude that the following pets are best to hatch in this update:
- Tiger: The Tiger is undoubtedly the best pet that you can get from the Jungle Egg. It provides XP to your pets while also changing the Grow a Garden mutation of random plants. Being a Divine pet, its Grow a Garden trading value will also be on the higher tier in the market.
- Hummingbird: The Hummingbird is also a good pet, as it can be used to convert the higher-rarity single harvest plants into seeds. This can be useful to obtain seeds of certain plants that are very hard to get.
- Tree Frog: Lastly, the Tree Frog can be a great alternative to the Grow a Garden gears, like the watering cans and sprinklers, used to speed up plant growth.
