To crack a Geode in Abyss, equip a pickaxe and place the Geode on a solid surface. Aim carefully and strike it several times until it breaks open. To crack Geode and get Artifacts, you must talk to Virelia in Abyss. You will find her in the shiny purple area near the kraken. Here is how to crack it:

Best places to farm Geodes

• Mossy Geode (early game)

  • Location: Forgotten Deep / Ocean, just outside The Forgotten Dome.

• Cactus Geode (mid-game)

  • Location: Ancient Sands area (desert biome), away from the main spawn.​​
