Fortnite Marvel Collaboration Skins

Guides

Fortnite and Marvel collide again as Wave 2 looms, bringing new skins, fresh twists, and rival-showdown play that could rewrite the battle pass.

Now, leaks suggest that Epic is revisiting its previous collaboration with Marvel Rivals and introducing a Wave 2 of Marvel Rivals skins, bringing two beloved characters from Marvel’s hero shooter to Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1. Here’s everything we know about the upcoming collaboration.

When Does Fortnite Marvel Rivals Wave 2 Collab Release?

Fortnite players await official word on the Marvel Rivals Wave 2 collab release date, but leaks point to March 2026 alongside Chapter 6 Season 2. Epic Games often aligns major crossovers with season launches or mid-season updates, as seen with past Marvel tie-ins. Track patch notes and the Fortnite Status account for confirmation, since schedules shift based on development. Expect the event to drop soon after Marvel Rivals Season 2 begins in early March.

The Fortnite Marvel Rivals Wave 2 collab cosmetics will release on February 5, 2026, alongside the next Fortnite update, v39.40. The update will also bring a variety of balance changes to the Chapter 7 Season 1 loot pool, alongside storyline updates.

Fortnite Marvel Rivals Wave 2 Collab Expected Skins and Prices

Wave 2 of the Fortnite Marvel Rivals collaboration is expected to introduce a range of new superhero and villain skins inspired by popular Marvel characters. Leaks suggest appearances from figures like Scarlet Witch, Doctor Doom, and Moon Knight, each accompanied by themed back blings, pickaxes, and emotes. Prices are likely to follow standard Epic Games Store tiers, with skin bundles priced around 1,500 to 2,500 V-Bucks, and full sets potentially reaching 3,000 to 3,500 V-Bucks. These additions will expand the existing roster, offering players fresh cosmetic choices tied to Marvel’s signature style.

According to leaks provided by prominent Twitter, the Marvel Rivals Wave 2 collab will feature skins for Magik and Luna Snow, two of the most popular Marvel Rivals characters. Luna Snow is a K-Pop idol with ice-manipulation powers, and her design and aesthetics in Marvel Rivals could fit well with the world of Fortnite. Players can expect her to feature her signature “Idol” look from Marvel Rivals, alongside a back bling or even a Jam Track to align with her status as a K-Pop idol.

Magik, on the other hand, is an incredibly iconic character from Marvel Comics and the sister to Colossus, who is already a part of the game’s roster. Epic is seemingly choosing to feature her in her Rivals look rather than her classic comic book design. It is also possible that Magik’s Soulsword is featured in the collaboration as a back bling, pickaxe, or maybe even both.

While Epic has not announced the skins officially, both Luna Snow and Magik skins are expected to cost around 1,500 V-Bucks when they release in the Fortnite Item Shop. Apart from the skins, accompanying cosmetics like back blings will be priced around 500 V-Bucks, while pickaxes will cost 800 V-Bucks.

In addition to the new Marvel Rivals skin, Epic is also expected to bring back the Doom 2099 skin from Wave 1 of the crossover. The Doom 2099 skin costs 1,500 V-Bucks and comes packaged with the 2099 Cape back bling.

When is Fortnite Marvel Rivals Wave 2 releasing globally

Fortnite Marvel Rivals Wave 2 is releasing globally on February 5, 2026, alongside the v39.40 update for Chapter 7 Season 1.

This is treated as a single worldwide Item Shop rollout tied to the update, so the exact local time will vary by region but will follow Fortnite’s usual update and shop refresh schedule on that date.

What new cosmetics come with Luna Snow skin

The Luna Snow skin in the Fortnite x Marvel Rivals Wave 2 collab is expected to arrive as a small themed set, but only the main skin and its style options are solid right now. Public info so far focuses much more on her look than on a detailed Fortnite-style bundle breakdown (like back bling name, pickaxe name, etc.), so some specifics are still unknown.

Here’s what is currently known or strongly expected:

  • Main outfit: A Luna Snow skin themed around her Marvel Rivals “Disco Pop”/disco-style look, adapted for Fortnite’s art style.

  • Style variants: Multiple color/style options are likely, mirroring Marvel Rivals where the Disco skin has several recolors and accessory tweaks (for example, different color schemes and changeable glasses there).

  • Matching accessories: A themed back bling and pickaxe are expected to ship with the outfit or appear in the same Wave 2 shop rotation, but their exact names and models have not yet been clearly detailed for Fortnite.

In short, you can count on a Luna Snow outfit with at least one disco-styled variant and probably a small matching accessory set, but Epic hasn’t fully locked in or publicly listed every cosmetic piece by name yet.
