Luminescent Cavern Fisch All Nine Keystone Locations Winter

Guides

Hidden deep beneath Fisch’s twisting terrain lies the Luminescent Cavern-a secret chamber filled with radiant crystals and ancient puzzles. To access it, players must locate every keystone scattered across the region, each guarded by unique challenges and clues waiting to be solved.

Since these are all scattered across different islands, you will need some assistance. In this guide, we will help you with all the Keystones locations with coordinates, along with the way to enter the Luminescent Cavern in Fisch. So, without further ado, dive right in.

All Keystone Locations in Fisch

Each Keystone in Fisch’s Luminescent Cavern sits in specific spots that players must locate to progress through the area. One can be found near the glowing water pools close to the cavern’s entrance, while another rests behind a set of crystal formations deeper inside. A third Keystone lies on an elevated ledge accessed by climbing narrow rock paths. The final one hides behind a faintly lit wall that reacts once the other stones are collected, completing the sequence to activate the cavern’s main mechanism.

Before setting out to gather the keystones, make your way to the back of Sunstone Island to the entrance of the Desolate Deep. Dive right below the Red Buoy with your diving gear and make your way to the right to locate the Mysterious Crack. Here you’ll find three pedestals. So, interact with them to see which three you need to unlock the Luminescent Cavern in Fisch.

Once you know the required keystones, head over to the specific locations and interact with them to grab them. That said, here are the exact locations for every keystone to unlock the Luminescent Cavern in Fisch:

  • Cliff Keystone: Located on the Castaway Cliffs at coordinates 473, 230, -2159. Find it in a small gap beside the ledge that leads to the second level of the island.
  • Mushroom Keystone: Located on the Mushgrove Islands at coordinates 2666, 130, -717. Find it on top of the boat near the Alligator abundance area.
  • Fossil Keystone: Located on the Ancient Isles at coordinates 6065, 225.5, 259.5. Look for it on the heap of woods, lifted by the cranes near the merchant.
  • Snowflake Keystone: Located on the Snowburrow at coordinates 2788, 153.5, 2603. Search for it inside the cave beside the pine tree. Snowburrow only opens after players interact with three cracks in the Snowcap Cave.
  • Volcano Keystone: Located on the Roslit Volcano at coordinates -1970, 175.4, 268. Check the middle stone inside the volcano.
  • Skull Keystone: Located on the Forsaken Shores at coordinates -2797.5, 209, 1544.2. Find it beside the pirate NPC (where you fix the map).
  • Lightning Keystone: Located on the Grand Reef at coordinates -3406, 134.2, 262.2. Find it on the small island to the left of the one with the Shipwright.
  • Turtle Keystone: Located on the Terrapin Island at coordinates 57, 149.5, 2032. Look for it inside the Terrapin Hideaway.

How to Get to Luminescent Cavern in Fisch

To reach the Luminescent Cavern in Fisch, head to the eastern cliffs of the Glimmering Expanse and follow the trail marked with faint bluish crystals. These crystals grow denser as you approach the entrance. After passing the narrow stone bridge, a glowing archway will come into view-this leads directly inside. Make sure you have all collected keystones activated before entering, as the barrier blocking the path only opens once the correct symbols align.

After gathering all three keystones required by the pedestals, you’re now ready to unlock the Luminescent Cavern. So, head back to the Red Buoy, equip your diving gear, flippers, and dive deep into the sea. Here’s a step-by-step process to unlock the new area:

  • From the Red Buoy, make your way underneath and head straight to the warning sign.
  • Take the right and head straight till you find a glowing blue coral.
  • Now take a right turn again, and you’ll locate the Diver NPC.
  • Here, you will find the three pedestals, placed on the ground.
  • Equip the keystones and place them on the designated pedestals by pressing the ‘E‘ key.
  • Do note that if you try to place a non-matching keystone, an error message will appear stating the right one required.

Once all three are in place, the mysterious crack in the wall will open up. Swim through the gap, and you will gain access to the Luminescent Cavern. However, before you can fish, you must cross the Mysterious River. After you cross it, you can fish and catch all the new creatures to unlock the next cavern introduced in the update.

Best route to collect all nine keystones quickly

Collecting all nine keystones in Fisch takes about 5-7 minutes with an optimized boat route starting from a central hub like Moosewood Island. This full collection is ideal for helping friends or preparing for multiple characters, though solo players only need their specific three shown at the Mysterious Crack. Prioritize advanced diving gear, gliders for quick climbs, and a fast boat to minimize sail time.

Optimized Route

Follow this clockwise loop from Moosewood (reference point), hitting islands in sailing order for efficiency. Use shore docks, gliders/ladders for ledges, and dive only when needed.

  1. Sunstone Island: Dock at shipwright, climb long ladder behind hut to Sunstone Keystone.

  2. Terrapin Island (close by): Jump rock path behind shipwright to Turtle/Terrapin Keystone in hideaway cave.

  3. Roslit Bay (Volcanic): Glide from shore to volcano ledge for Volcanic Keystone-quick jump down.

  4. Grand Reef: First island edge, grab Lightning Keystone on small ledge.

  5. Mushroom Grove/Island: Dive to boat or bottom cave for Mushroom Keystone.

  6. Castaway Cliffs: Follow path past big tree, branch right to Cliff Keystone in corner.

  7. Forsaken Shores: Interact with skull on mountain path for Skull Keystone.

  8. Ancient Isles: Climb small mountain entrance for Ancient Keystone inside.

  9. Snowcap Island: Complete quick cave puzzle for Snowcap Keystone (path up from castaway area).

Route Map

Sail path: Moosewood → Sunstone → Terrapin → Roslit → Reef → Mushroom → Cliffs → Shores → Isles → Snowcap → back to Desolate Deep (Mysterious Crack).

Speed Tips

Stay on boat edges for direct docks; skip puzzles if possible (Snowcap is fastest last). Place at podiums immediately after your three, but collect all to share via trading if in a group. Total under 7 minutes solo with practice.

Which three keystones will my pedestals require this run

Keystones required on your pedestals in Fisch are randomly assigned per player and per run, so no one can predict yours in advance. Interact with the three pedestals at the Mysterious Crack (underwater near Desolate Deep, behind Sunstone Island) to reveal the specific symbols you need-typically a unique combo from the nine available.

Viewing Your Requirements

Dive to the red-container area with advanced gear equipped. Approach each pedestal to see its icon (e.g., Cliff, Snowflake/Snowcap, Sun, X/Roslit, Volcano, Lightning). Only collect and place those exact three to unlock the cavern entrance.

Why Randomized

This mechanic ensures replayability and prevents exploits, varying each session or character. Examples from players include Cliff + Snowflake + Sun, or Volcano + Lightning + another-yours will display clearly on-site.
