Next, you will be asked to place the fragment on the Stone. Again, you won’t be informed what stone you need to place the fragments on, which can be confusing. To solve this quest, look at the massive stone in the middle of the Frostmoon Enclave.
There would be a blue circle on the stone. Get near it and press T to put the fragment there. The stone would now lift and connect to another massive stone in the distance. This will then complete the quest.
