Load into the main lobby
- Wait until your character fully spawns in the starting lobby area.
Find the Codes area / NPC
- From the spawn point, look slightly to your left for a blue zone with a dancing, gray-haired NPC and the word “Codes” floating above it.
Walk into the Codes zone
- Move your character into that blue Codes area; this will make the code redemption window pop up on your screen.
Enter your code
- Click on the text field in the popup (usually labeled something like “Insert Your Code”).

Redeem the code
- Press the Redeem button (often blue) right next to or below the text box.
