Lauma best teams and builds for Lunar-Bloom
Lauma’s best Lunar-Bloom setup focuses on very high Elemental Mastery, strong off-field Dendro application, and teammates that keep Hydro on enemies while safely triggering Blooms. Aim to reach around 800-1000 EM and use teams that either maximize Bloom/Lunar-Bloom directly or pivot into Hyperbloom while still benefiting from Lauma’s Lunar buffs.
Best artifacts and stats
-
Main sets
-
4-pc Silken Moon’s Serenade is usually BiS for pure Lunar-Bloom, giving Energy Recharge, party EM, and increased Lunar reaction damage.
-
4-pc Deepwood Memories if no other Dendro unit holds it, for Dendro RES shred that boosts all Bloom and Lunar-Bloom damage.
-
-
Main stats & substats
-
Sands / Goblet / Circlet: EM / EM / EM for dedicated reaction support; EM / EM / Crit is acceptable with strong weapons.
-
Substats priority: EM > Energy Recharge (to comfortably burst on cooldown) > Crit > ATK%.
-
Weapons for Lunar-Bloom
-
Top options
-
Lauma’s EM-focused signature catalyst (if owned) for a large EM boost and extra transformative-reaction damage.
-
Other 5★ or 4★ EM catalysts (e.g., Wand-type EM options) as strong alternatives for free-to-play or low-spenders.
-
-
What to avoid
-
ATK-only weapons with no EM unless playing very hybrid teams; these lose a lot of Lunar-Bloom scaling.
-
Premium Lunar-Bloom teams
-
Lauma – Nilou – Kokomi – Nahida (Dual-core Bloom/Lunar-Bloom)
-
Nilou upgrades Blooms into Bountiful Cores while Lauma converts remaining cores into Lunar-Blooms, creating huge overlapping AoE damage.
-
Kokomi provides constant Hydro application and strong healing while Nahida boosts EM and Dendro application, letting Lauma fully capitalize on her crit-enabled Blooms.
-
-
Lauma – Nahida – Yelan – Kuki (Enhanced Hyperbloom with Lunar buffs)
-
Yelan applies Hydro and buffs the on-field trigger, while Kuki handles Electro triggers and team healing.
-
Lauma and Nahida stack EM and reaction damage, so Hyperblooms hit much harder and still benefit from Lauma’s transformative-reaction buffs.
-
F2P-friendly Lunar-Bloom teams
-
Lauma – Aino – Xingqiu – healer/shielder
-
Aino offers accessible Hydro and Lunar enabling, while Xingqiu provides sustained single-target Hydro and damage reduction.
-
The flex slot can be a healer or shielder (Barbara, Yaoyao, Thoma, etc.) depending on survivability needs in high-Bloom environments.
-
-
Lauma – Kaveh – Xingqiu – Sucrose/Catalyst Anemo
-
Kaveh acts as an on-field Bloom DPS whose kit synergizes well with Lauma’s Bloom buffs, especially when built full EM.
-
Sucrose or another EM-sharing Anemo helps group enemies and further amplifies team EM, pushing Lunar-Bloom damage higher.
-
Playstyle tips for Lunar-Bloom
-
Keep Hydro uptime constant (Nilou, Kokomi, Yelan, Xingqiu, Aino) so seeds are generated continuously for Lauma’s buffs to matter.
-
Use Lauma mainly off-field: cast skill and burst early in the rotation, then let Hydro/Dendro triggers or Electro partners detonate seeds while her Moonsign buffs are active.
Detailed rotation for Lauma Nilou Kokomi Nahida team
A strong, repeatable rotation for Lauma-Nilou-Kokomi-Nahida is built around: apply Dendro and Hydro, enable Nilou’s Bountiful Cores, then activate Lauma’s Lunar-Bloom buffs and let Kokomi drive on-field Bloom procs. Exact inputs can vary, but the key is always to refresh Nahida’s mark, Nilou’s Bountiful Core state, and Lauma’s Skill→Burst windows while Kokomi stays on field during the damage phase.
Standard 20-second rotation
-
Nahida: E (mark all enemies) → Q (EM share and Dendro field).
-
Nilou: E x3 (or EN2E depending on your habit) to activate her Bountiful Core passive and lay down Hydro.
-
Lauma: Hold E → Q right after, so the Hold Skill stacks convert into Lunar-Bloom buffs during Kokomi’s upcoming field time.
-
Kokomi: Q → E, then stay on field to drive with Normal Attacks while Blooms/Bountiful Cores are being converted to Lunar-Bloom.
Alternative opener (comfort-focused)
-
Kokomi first: E at the start to place the jellyfish and pre-establish Hydro.
-
Nahida: E → Q to mark and buff the team.
-
Nilou: full Skill sequence (E x3 / EN2E) to enable Bountiful Cores.
-
Lauma: E (tap or hold depending on build) → Q, then swap back to Kokomi to drive with Q + NAs.
Practical tips during rotation
-
Always use Lauma’s Skill shortly before her Burst so the stack conversion window is active and all seeds during Kokomi’s field time get Lunar-Bloom buffs.
-
Re-apply Nahida’s E and Nilou’s E chain every rotation; if waves die early, shorten the setup and prioritize quickly re-marking enemies and refreshing Hydro/Dendro rather than following a rigid script.
