Jump Stars’ July 2025 meta shakes up Roblox with S-tier powerhouses dominating lobbies-where does your main stack up?
While some units are easier to obtain and have low damage output, other rarer units have exceptional abilities that can clear a large crowd of opponents. Confused about which character to choose? Here is an updated Jump Stars tier list, ranking all the characters while mentioning their abilities and powers.
Jump Stars Tier List: Characters Ranked
The Jump Stars tier list ranks every character based on performance, versatility, and popularity across different game modes. Top-tier fighters dominate matches with powerful skills and consistent strong results, while lower tiers feature characters that require precise strategy or specific setups to shine. This list helps players choose the best heroes for competitive play and understand how each character stacks up in the current Roblox Jump Stars meta.
Roblox Jump Stars includes a total of 15 characters, and they are categorized into 5 unique rarities: Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, and Ultra Star. These rarities determine the chances of summoning them and are a distinguishing factor for their strengths.
While we kept the rarity in mind while ranking characters in our tier list, a few units might perform exceptionally well, thus ranking higher despite their low rarity.
| S Tier | Mob, Goju |
| A Tier | Zoru, Sosuke, and Dracula |
| B Tier | Ichin, Itaduri, and Joltero |
| C Tier | Goko, Guts, and Orehimi |
| D Tier | Tanjeuro, Naroto, Luffo, and Vegita |
As always, the S Tier includes the best characters, while the D Tier includes inferior characters that may be good for the early game but not the long run. To unlock rarer units, make sure to stock up on free gems using Jump Stars codes, which we update regularly with new codes. That said, let’s jump into our tier list:
Jump Stars S-Tier Characters
As we begin with the S Tier, the only two characters in this category are Mob and Goju. While the former is the rarest character in the game, Goju is of the Mythic rarity. Both units have exceptional damage-dealing attacks and can perform high-powered AoE attacks.
Mob can use his Geokinesis powers to lift a whole chunk of ground with enemies and blast them off, whereas Goju has a super attack where he forms a small black hole to attract everything and throw them off to the surroundings.
| Character | Rarity | Basic Attack | Super Attack |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mob | Ultra Star | Uses Geokinesis to throw rocks at the enemies | Picks up a whole terrain along with enemies and throws the whole thing |
| Goju | Mythic | Attacks with a ball of red cursed energy | First sucks in objects and then blasts them towards the opponents |
Jump Stars A-Tier Characters
The A Tier consists of Zoru, Sosuke, and Dracula. These are all heavy damage-dealing units and a great alternative to Goju or Mob. Zoru the pirate hunter has the ability to perform an exceptional three-step attack as its basic move, while unleashing a slicing tornado as its super attack.
On the other hand, Sosuke attacks with his Katana, and the super attack allows him to teleport and perform the Chidori. Dracula is the only legendary character in this list, but for good reason. It has a powerful life-stealing ability as his basic attack. These three can be the perfect additions to your team and help you clear levels instantly.
| Character | Rarity | Basic Attack | Super Attack |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zoru | Mythic | Does a three-step attack to damage enemies over a large range | Unleashes a tornado style attack with all three swords |
| Sosuke | Mythic | Does a slice attack with the Katana | Teleports to the opponent and attacks with Chidori |
| Dracula | Legendary | Fires 6 bullets and has a life steal ability | Controls the Baskerville to eat up enemies |
Jump Stars B-Tier Characters
The B Tier includes three more powerful Jump Stars characters, namely Ichin, Itaduri, and Joltero. My favorite among them is Joltero since he is built like a tank and can body slam opponents as if they’re small ants. Apart from that, Itaduri has a special attack that can unleash devastation once timed correctly.
Finally, Ichin is the fastest among all characters, slicing down lines of enemies in a blink. Each of them performs great in battles, but you can always replace them with other powerful units ranked above on this list.
| Character | Rarity | Basic Attack | Super Attack |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ichin | Legendary | Dashes towards the enemies and cuts them with the sword | Unleashes a powerful slash that blasts off at the end |
| Itaduri | Legendary | Punches the opponents, creating huge destruction | Does a timed attack that can deal huge destruction |
| Joltero | Epic | Attacks with a chain of punches | Leaps into the air and slams into the opponent |
Jump Stars C-Tier Characters
C-Tier characters in Jump Stars have limited impact in competitive matches. They can perform decently with the right strategy but often struggle against stronger fighters due to slower moves, smaller hitboxes, or less reliable combos. These characters may appeal to players who enjoy their design or unique abilities, yet they usually require extra effort to achieve consistent results compared to higher-tier picks.
We have Goko leading the C-Tier, being one of the best early-game units in the game. With 10,000 HP, Goko offers superb defense while your other units deal damage to the opponents. Furthermore, the Kamehameha beam attack can knock back enemies.
Other epic characters alongside Goko in this tier are Guts and Orehimi. The former attacks with a sword and can act as a shield to protect other units, while the latter can help recover the health of allies in an area. That’s Orehimi’s super attack, though. It can fire a beam to selectively heal allies or attack enemies as well.
| Character | Rarity | Basic Attack | Super Attack |
|---|---|---|---|
| Goko | Rare | Hits with a chain of punches and kicks | Hits with a beam of Kamehameha to push back enemies |
| Guts | Epic | Slings a massive sword to deal damage to the enemies | With double the speed, spins with the sword, dealing damage all around |
| Orehimi | Epic | Fires a beam that can either damage the enemies or heal your team | Puts a healing area to recover the health of allies |
Jump Stars D-Tier Characters
Lastly, in the D Tier, we have rare units that are the easiest to obtain but lack heavily in the damage output and other super abilities. With low HP, you must be swift to replace them with other higher-tier units to level up easily in Jump Stars.
Among them, Tanjeuro and Naroto are the best in battles as they have slightly better attacking powers compared to Luffo and Vegita. Naroto can perform a short-ranged attack while Tanjeuro does swift slash attacks at the enemies.
| Character | Rarity | Basic Attack | Super Attack |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tanjeuro | Rare | Does a quick 3 slash attack at the enemies | Leaps into the air and slams down on the ground with a water slash attack |
| Naroto | Rare | Throws four kunais at the enemies for short-range damage | Uses Shadow clones to attack the opponents with Rasengan |
| Luffo | Rare | Extends the arms for punches | Extends both arms for punching the enemies |
| Vegita | Rare | Fires 4 energy projectiles at the opponents | Unleashes a powerful beam at the enemies |
Luffo and Vegita are decent starter characters as well, but their simple attacks, like extending arms or firing a projectile beam to deal damage, are just not enough in the long run.
Best S-tier character for solo queue in July 2025
Mob stands out as the best S-tier character for solo queue in Jump Stars during July 2025. Its Ultra Star rarity provides unmatched crowd control, burst damage, and self-sustain, allowing independent carries without relying on team coordination.
Why Mob Excels Solo
Mob’s kit dominates 1v1s and small skirmishes common in solo queue, with abilities that chain stuns and high AoE damage to handle multiple foes.
Unlike Goju, which thrives more in coordinated dives, Mob’s self-buffs ensure consistent performance even with random teammates.
Community guides from mid-2025 highlight its win rate in unranked and ranked solo play post-Summer Update.
Playstyle Tips
-
Prioritize leveling Mob’s ultimate for game-changing bursts.
-
Use mobility to flank stragglers, avoiding direct frontline clashes.
-
Pair with common Rare supports if needed, but Mob solos effectively.
Why is Hayabusa S+ tier in Mobile Legends solo queue
Hayabusa is considered S+ tier in Mobile Legends solo queue due to his exceptional mobility, burst damage, and self-sufficiency, allowing players to independently snowball games without relying on teammates.
Key Strengths
His Quad Shadow ultimate creates untargetable clones for safe dives, enabling backline assassinations on marksmen and mages even in uncoordinated solo queue fights.
With a 51%+ win rate and 82% ban rate in Epic-Mythic ranks around late 2025, Hayabusa excels in jungle ganks and split-pushing, thriving on poor enemy vision common in random lobbies.
Skills like Phantom Shuriken and Ougi: Shadow Kill scale with missing HP for true damage bursts, paired with high chase potential that punishes overextensions.
Ideal Build and Playstyle
Core items include Hunter Strike, Malefic Roar, and Blade of Despair under Assassin emblem with Killing Spree talent for sustain and penetration.
Focus early jungle clears, level 3 ganks, and objective steals like Turtle; his energy-based shadows provide escape tools against braindead engages.
In meta patches like 2.1.23, he remains a top carry despite counters, outshining alternatives like Ling or Aamon in raw solo carry potential.
