Keeping the standard weathers like foggy or stormy aside, Dig has eight special weather events that offer all sorts of stat boosts and turn the environment more breathtaking than ever. Dig Weather Events
Different weather events in Dig can significantly change how players explore and mine. Storms can flood areas or make digging harder, while heatwaves dry out the terrain and reveal minerals faster. Snowfall may slow down progress but sometimes brings rare finds buried under the surface. Each weather type adds variety and strategy, encouraging players to adapt their digging methods for the best results.
1. Clover Storm
The Clover Storm event in Dig increased the luck by 2 times. This will help you shovel out some of the rarest items quickly. During this event, you’ll notice four-petaled Clover leaves falling from the sky around you. Even the sun transforms into a clover-shaped ball of flame to match the vibe.
If you have a decent shovel like the Candlelight Shovel or Shortcake shovel, almost everything you dig out will be a rare item or above.
2. Meteor Shower
The Meteor Shower event is similar to the Clover Storm event, and the luck is increased by two times across the server. So, again, digging up items will grant you rarer items every time you shovel hits the ground. These 10 minutes are crucial if you are looking to complete quests, such as the Cow task from Tom or ghosts for the Ectoplasm sleeve quest.
Another important aspect of the Meteor Shower event is that a single meteorite hits the ground at a random location in the game. You’ll get a notification of where the meteor has struck. So, locate the meteor crash site and grab the handsome rewards waiting inside, including the Starfire Shovel, the Celestial Totem, or the Blood Crown charm.
3. Blue Moon
The Blue Moon event is along the same vein as the two events above; it boosts strength by two times. This means your shovels will hit harder while digging, making it possible to complete the process in fewer clicks.
You will also have a chance to successfully dig up rarer and divine items if you don’t lose focus and make only Strong hits. So, be sure to use Dig charms and cupcakes from Tom’s bakery to boost the stats of your shovel when the Blue Moon event is ongoing.
During this event, the whole world of Dig turns a light shade of blue, and the brightness is reduced by a lot, as you can see above.
4. Sparkling Rainbow
The Rainbow event paints a joyful and colorful rainbow across the entire sky, with tiny stars falling across the Dig world. During this event, the chance of digging up Shiny items is increased by 3%.
Apart from this, if you chase the rainbow’s tail, you will find a Pot of Gold at the end of it. Claiming this Pot of Gold will give you loads of money, a “Pot of Gold” badge, and a Rainbow car attachment.
Admin-Exclusive Dig Events
These limited-time events are organized and controlled by game administrators, offering rare digging opportunities and unique environmental effects unavailable in regular sessions. Players may experience altered terrain, special rewards, or exclusive tools during these events, making them highly anticipated moments among the community. 5. Supernova
Dig seems to have taken inspiration from Grow a Garden, the most popular Roblox game right now, and added admin-exclusive weather events to the game. Supernova is one of those exclusive events, where the whole game’s environment turns a hue of purple and blue. You also see stars and streaks of light all around you.
The Supernova event looks astonishing, but that’s not the best part. The best part about this admin-exclusive event is that you have a guaranteed chance to get the Supernova (2.7x) modifier on every item you dig up. 6. Money Shower
Money Shower is another admin-exclusive event in Dig Roblox. During this event, you will see the sky covered in Robux symbols, along with Robux rain falling from the sky.
Don’t let the environment during this event confuse you, like my fellow gaming writer. No, this Dig event doesn’t award you with free Robux. Instead, the Money Shower event increases the sale value of items by 1.5x and grants you a chance to get the Greedy modifier (2.7x) on items when digging.
7. When Pigs Fly
Oink-oink! The next admin-exclusive event on our list is called When Pigs Fly. During this event, the sky is covered with piggies with angel wings flying from left to right. It makes you wonder if these are actually the legendary piggies you uncover by digging in Silver’s Farm in Verdant Vale.

8. Hurricane
