Step 1: Start Dr Crookspine Quest
Simply spawn your boat and head northwest of the Roslit Bay island, and you will locate the oil rig here. The laboratory is located at these coordinates: X= -1785, Y= 130, Z= -485. Having reached the location, use the hanging pole beside the Shipwright NPC and climb to the next floor.
