How to Find Raskolnikov Local Legend in Genshin Impact
Head to the Gilded Mausoleum area in the Fontaine desert during nighttime hours. Summon the boat from the eastern shore of the underground lake, then sail northwest toward the glowing blue waypoint near the central ruins. Raskolnikov appears only after 10 PM game time as a spectral wolf boss; defeat nearby hilichurls first to trigger the spawn if it does not show. Mark the spot on your map for repeated visits, and equip cold-resistant gear for the chill.
Raskolnikov can be found at the heart of Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau in Paha Isle. To unlock Rasolnikov, players must complete ‘The Shoemaker’s Children Go Barefoot’ quest first. Raskolnikov is a Fatui agent, and he acts as the final boss in this mission. Defeating this boss unlocks Raskolnikov as a Local Legend encounter.
After completing the quest, head back to the same location to find Raskolnikov. Revisiting the area is easy, as there is a teleport point that you unlock when completing the mission. Now, players can defeat him by completing all the objectives to get various rewards from the Adventurer’s Guild.

- Electro Rain: Raskolnikov will call down Lightning on certain areas. These attacks deal a ton of damage, so make sure to avoid them at all costs.
- Experimental Multi-Ward: Raskolnikov will protect himself in a dome. You have to break the dome first, using elemental attacks to hit Raskolnikov. The dome will constantly recover if the damage is not severe enough. Using Electro or Lunar Charged attacks can quickly destroy the dome.
Defeating Raskolnikov in Genshin Impact
Raskolnikov is weak to Electro Charged and Lunar Charged attacks. You almost need this reaction to break down his Multi-Ward. I have tested it with other reactions, and Electro Charged or Lunar Charged attacks get the job done in half the time.
So, keep using Lunar Charged attacks to break Raskolnikov’s defense, and also make sure to avoid his electro attacks. Once his barrier is down, you will be able to deal a significant amount of damage in a short time.

The quest is mostly linear, so you can clear it by following the markers, solving several Cleaning Bot puzzles, and defeating Raskolnikov to finish.
Starting the quest

Go to the pier lift of the Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau in northern Nod-Krai; riding the lift up triggers the starting cutscene and begins the quest.

After the cutscene with Fatui/Oprichniki at the pier, use the control panel to call the container, enter it, and you will be carried inside the Bureau where you formally start exploring.

During “The Shoemaker’s Children Go Barefoot,” Netochka is always either at your current quest marker in the Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau or just ahead along the main path, so if she “disappears,” the game will usually re-place her at the next objective once you move or re-enter the area. After you finish the quest and reload the map, she can be found in Speranza in Nasha Town on Lempo Isle (Nod-Krai), where she appears in the restaurant area but will vanish shortly after you talk to her once.
