Fortnite v37.10 Update Downtime Details

Fortnite v37.10 servers go offline at 3 AM ET on August 26 for roughly four hours. Epic Games schedules this window to deploy the Gorillaz Festival Season content, One Punch Man crossover, and fresh skins. Players should log out ahead of time to avoid connection issues during the rollout. Expect queues upon relaunch as millions queue up for new features.

Fortnite Update Today Full Patch Notes

The Fortnite update released today introduces the Gorillaz Festival Season, celebrating the band with themed challenges, cosmetic sets, and a new in-game music experience. The crossover with One Punch Man adds hero-inspired outfits and limited-time items. Several new skins, weapon balance changes, and bug fixes have also been added, improving creative mode tools and performance across platforms. Epic Games continues to expand collaborations, offering fresh content and events as the new season begins.

One Punch Man Collab Arrives

The widely anticipated Fortnite x One Punch Man collab will launch on August 27, bringing renowned anime characters to the Battle Royale. Saitama, Genos, and Tatsumaki are the confirmed skins, each with their own cosmetics.

Saitama has two styles, a back bling, a pickaxe, two emotes, a glider, a wrap, and drumsticks. Genos has a glow version, back bling, pickaxe, and a built-in emote. Tatsumaki comes with a skin, back bling, pickaxe, emote, and microphone item. Skins are likely to cost 1,500 V-Bucks per, with a discount for bundles. This collab will release with a shop update at 8 PM EDT.

Furthermore, a new Saitama Medallion has been added to the game, which players can get by claiming a Capture Point on the island. Once you have the medallion, you can eliminate enemies with your pickaxe in a single shot. So much for One Shot, or rather One Punch. Right?

Gorillaz Headline Fortnite Festival Season 10

Fortnite Festival Season 10 launches today, featuring an electric Gorillaz collab, with playable skins of the virtual band’s prominent members – Noodle, 2D, Russel Hobbs, and Murdoc Niccals.

Russel and Murdoc are unlocked through the Music Pass (1,400 V-Bucks), with Russel available immediately and Murdoc as the final reward. The Item Shop brings Noodle and 2D skins, as well as themed cosmetics like the DARE emote and Clint Eastwood Jam Track. The season features a Gorillaz-themed Main Stage, new Jam Tracks like “On Melancholy Hill,” and gameplay enhancements.

Squid Game’s Frontman Makes An Entrance

The Fortnite x Squid Game collab, unveiled at Gamescom 2025, introduces the highly anticipated Front Man skin, which depicts the evil overlord of the Netflix series. This skin, which features the Front Man’s distinctive black mask and coat, includes a Dagger pickaxe, Loot Piggy back bling, and the Mingle Game Dance emote.

It will be available in the Fortnite Item Shop beginning tonight at 8 PM EDT, for around 1,500 V-Bucks individually or 2,000 V-Bucks in a bundle. Players may buy it directly with V-Bucks, joining other Squid Game cosmetics in this crossover event.

New Gameplay Items

Fortnite update 37.10 brings new gameplay items. First up is the Roly Poly, a bug-inspired mount that enables players to roll and bounce throughout the map while also providing a charging speed burst for dynamic movement.

Next up is the Hammerhead Choppa, a novel vehicle that can hover in mid-air, and players can switch seats to control a powerful cannon. Finally, the Exotic Shockwave Launcher launches grenades that slow enemies and allies mid-air and comes as a replacement for the vaulted Shockwave Launcher. Two more exotics have been added to the loot pool.

Furthermore, players can also get the Precision Airstrike from the loot pool, which will allow them to target an area and call a series of bomb strikes to completely demolish buildings or structures.

Blitz Update, Battle Pass Super Styles and Future Leaks

The new patch also brings new content across multiple modes and adds several upcoming content to the game files. The Blitz Royale mode gets an “Asteria Awakened” update, which improves the fast-paced 32-player Battle Royale with new gameplay twists, unique weaponry, and power-ups in a tight map ideal for rapid matches.

Next up, Battle Pass Super Styles are now unlocked, and players can finally see the skins they can unlock once they pass level 100 in their Shock β€˜N Awesome pass.

In Fortnite OG, a strange red cube, unlike the iconic “Kevin,” has appeared near Paradise Palms, setting the atmosphere for an epic finale inbound next month. Players can shoot the cube to rift themselves in the air or to another location.

Leaks have also revealed a Twitter, confirming the iconic villain will make its way to Fortnitemares 2025.

Beavis and Butt Head Collab and New Skins

One of the major collabs leaked with this update is Beavis and Butt Head who will soon make their way to the Fortnite Item Shop. Leaked cosmetics include skins for both characters, back blings, pickaxes, emotes, and a wrap that players will be able to get in a bundle.

Furthermore, a new cosmetic item, which is a TV that plays a Metallica concert, will also be added when the collab goes live.

The update also brings multiple skin leaks which will be released in the Item Shop in coming weeks, plus a free skin that mobile players will be able to claim this week onwards.

New Ballistic Update

Alongside core BR mode and Festival, Ballistic also gets a long-awaited update as Epic has finally added the complete Hammer Fall map and new weapons to the mix. Players will also be able to refund their weapons and auto-surrender in case of any issues during the match.
