All Star Tower Defense X Units Tier List

How to Get New Units in All Star Tower Defense X

In All Star Tower Defense X, pull units from the game’s banners using Gems earned through missions, events, and daily rewards. Save for limited-time banners featuring high-tier characters to boost your chances of strong pulls. Trade duplicates or excess units with other players via the trade system for ones that fit your strategy. Complete story modes and challenges to claim free units as rewards, and check the unit shop periodically for direct purchases with in-game currency.

The majority of the available units in ASTDX are only available through summoning. Luckily, you can use the All Star Tower Defense X codes to get a lot of gems, which you can use in the summon area. To obtain the best units, you must check the banner and wait for the best units to appear on the index. Once it is there, here is how you can summon units in All Star Tower Defense X:

  • Click the Warp button on the left side of the screen.
  • Go to the Summon area to start pulling new units.
  • Click 1x Summon (50 Gems) or 10x Summons (450 Gems) to start pulling units.
  • You can select a banner from the left menu by clicking Y or X.

Apart from codes, you can get gems from the AFK area and quests. As you keep clearing Infinity rounds or Story mode, you will gain more gems fast in ASTDX. Along with the summoning, some units are obtainable from Royal Drops and Arena mode.

How to get S+ tier units like Michishibo Unbound in ASTDX

S+ tier units like Michishibo (Unbound Purple), often a secret or Unbound rarity based on Kokushibo from Demon Slayer, are primarily obtained through the game’s gacha summoning system in All Star Tower Defense X (ASTDX). These high-end units have extremely low drop rates, around 0.01% on specific banners like Banner Y, requiring substantial gem investment-often 50,000+ gems saved for multi-pulls. They cannot be crafted or farmed directly but appear via summons, capsules, or rare events.

Summoning Strategy

Focus summons during optimal times (e.g., 12 PM, 6 PM, 12 AM EST) and use Banner Y for Michishibo specifically, as it boosts the 0.01% chance for Unbound secrets.

  • Save gems from codes, daily rewards, and Infinite/Story mode clears before pulling.

  • Perform 10x summons (450 gems each) for better pity odds; expect 500k-1M gems for luck-based pulls.

  • Check Banner Index in-game to confirm current rates and featured Unbounds.

Optimization Tips

Once obtained, reroll traits immediately for meta boosts like All Star (+350% damage) or Godspeed (+200% attack speed) using trait burners from codes or events.

  • Prioritize DPS carries like Michishibo; avoid wasting resources on C-tier traits.

  • Evolve/ascend to unlock full potential (e.g., max DPS 12,500/s, full-screen AoE).

  • Pair with supports like Frieren for Infinite Mode synergy.

Lower-rarity alternatives or fusions can bridge gaps early on, but true S+ requires grinding summons patiently.

What is the best trait setup for Michishibo in Infinite Mode

Michishibo (Unbound Purple, Kokushibo-inspired) thrives in Infinite Mode with traits that amplify its high DPS (up to 12,500/s max), full-screen cone AoE, Bleed DoT, and Transparent World ability for dodges/SPA reduction. The meta setup prioritizes raw damage and speed to handle waves 100+ alongside supports like Frieren. Position centrally for max coverage.

Optimal Traits

  • Primary: All Star (+350% damage boost) – Essential for peak DPS scaling and boss melting.

  • Secondary: Godspeed (+200% attack speed) – Reduces SPA from 5s, chaining attacks via Mastery of the Moon passive.

  • Alternative: Berserker (+150% attack speed) if Godspeed unavailable; pairs well for aggressive Infinite pushes.

Skill Tree Priorities

Focus Progressive/Infinite builds emphasizing crit and range.

Priority Nodes
Crit Chance/Damage (+20% cap from kills)
Range (+15% via Transparent World stacks)
Bleed Potency (stacks 25% DMG over 3 ticks)

Reroll traits using burners from codes/events until perfect; night maps double Transparent World duration for +10% range/30% dodge. Avoid filler traits like Tank-DPS focus wins Infinite.
