To find Carrot Bany, go to Fisch Sea 2 and head over to Lushgrove Island. Once there, look for the Angler Quests hut and walk past it to reach the enchantment altar. Now, climb on top of the altar mountain and look behind the house on top.

To access it, approach the notice board beside the wooden fence and inspect the faded paper attached to it. The text on the paper reveals the correct code needed to progress in the quest.
