How Does the Seed Shop Work in Grow a Garden

The Seed Shop in Grow a Garden lets players purchase different seed varieties to plant and grow in their virtual gardens. Each seed has its own growth time, value, and environmental preference, which affects how well it thrives. Players earn coins by selling harvested crops and can reinvest their profits in higher-tier seeds or shop upgrades. As we have discussed earlier, Seeds are mainly bought from the Sam NPC standing at the Seed Shop in Grow a Garden. Once you approach the guy and press the ‘E‘ key, a pop-up window will open showcasing all the seeds currently available on your server.

Now, the most important thing to notice is the timer at the top of the pop-up box. The seed stocks refresh every five minutes, and the stock is the same for all players on this experience.

As a new stock arrives, you can press the Seed button above to directly teleport to the Seed Shop, and then interact with the NPC to look at all the new ones that have arrived. Keep in mind that each time the number of seeds will be random, and some rare seeds, like the grape seed, might not appear at all.

So, patience is the key to getting the Mythical and Divine crops here. Moreover, buying any seed will not affect the stock of other players, so there’s no use if you’re thinking about playing a mean trick on your friends.

Lastly, there is a Restock option on the right as well. This can help you restock the seeds in the store at any given time by spending 79 Robux. However, spending Robux to refresh a timer is not feasible, and we recommend waiting just five minutes for the stock to change.

• This same 5-minute timer applies to other quick-refresh shops like the Gear Shop, which is why players often check both together between farming cycles.​

Daily Deals and special items

• The separate “Daily Deals” style seed offers refresh approximately every 24 hours, giving a new set of discounted or special seeds once per day.​

• Extremely rare seeds such as Beanstalk still follow the 5-minute shop refresh, but their chance to appear each cycle is tiny (for Beanstalk, around 0.03%, or 1 in 3,333).​

So in practice, you can just watch the countdown above the Seed Shop list; every time it hits zero (every 5 minutes), the stock rerolls for everyone on that experience.​​
