How to Obtain the Stolen Heart in The Forge
Reach Raven Cave by finishing the first two quests for the Raven NPC, then head into the new cave area and search for the large Heart of the Island rocks with the glowing core. Use a pickaxe with at least 650 mine power to break these rocks, since weaker tools cannot damage them properly. Each Heart of the Island has a very small chance to contain the Stolen Heart ore, so repeatedly mine only part of the rock, check whether the ore appears, and leave empty rocks to respawn before trying again.
The Stolen Heart can be obtained by mining a special type of rock called the Heart of the Island in The Forge. These rocks spawn inside the latest Raven cave, which you can unlock once you have completed the first two Raven NPC quests.
Also, if you don’t recognize these locations and the NPCs, make sure that you have reached level 70 and unlocked the Frostspire Expanse in the game. Once the requirements are met, head inside the cave and find a unique-looking crystal-like rock with a floating red orb embedded at the center.

So, consider breaking this rock till you spot the ore inside. Remember, each rock will yield a single ore, and if it doesn’t have the Stolen Heart, don’t mine it completely and leave it to restore. Continue the process till you finally spot the required ore, and then mine the rock.

The Forge Stolen Heart Uses
Stolen Heart has two main uses after you mine it from the Heart of the Island crystals in the Raven Cave. First, you must turn in one Stolen Heart to the Raven during Raven Quest 3 to finish the chain and receive the Berserker Armor blueprint, a powerful late-game armor set focused on aggressive melee play and survivability. Second, extra Stolen Hearts can be used as a high-value Divine ore: you can sell them for a large amount of Gold or save them for forging and rerolling gear with strong traits like lifesteal, making it easier to clear tougher Frostspire Expanse content and future endgame caves.
The primary use of the Stolen Heart is tied directly to the Raven bird NPC’s quest in The Forge. After completing its first two tasks, the Raven can be found inside the secret area in Raven Cave, near the Dragon Head pickaxe.
Interacting with this NPC again will give you the task to kill 25 Mini Demonic Spiders, 10 Demonic Spiders, 1 Demonic Queen Spider, and bring 1 Stolen Heart.
