Once the event is active, frozen levers around Northstar Castle thaw, allowing you to interact with them and progress special Fischmas mechanics tied to late-game content. Activating all of these levers eventually opens the path to the Cryoshock Cellar, where you can access exclusive event challenges, rare fish such as the Cryoshock Serpent, and high-value rewards.
Now, coming to the use of the Frost Moon totem in Fisch, it is used to manually force the Frost Moon event to occur in Fisch. So, while the event is active, players can head over to the Northstar Castle and turn the levers that were previously frozen and stuck in one place.
