You can obtain the warrant group of materials by defeating Fatui Oprichniki. First, open the Traveler’s guide and then head to the Enemy tab. Find the entry for Fatui Oprichniki and select the Navigate option to mark them on the map. Defeat them one by one to obtain the material. Other than that, you can always exchange Stardust for it in the shop.
3. Books of Ballad
The books of Ballad can be farmed from the Forsaken Rift Domain in Springvale, Mondstadt. You can farm this item on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
4. Cyclic Military Kuuvahki Core
Cyclic Military Kuuvahki Core cannot be farmed at the moment. This is a new boss material that is dropped by Super-Heavy Landrover: Mechanized Fortresses. This boss will only be released in Genshin Impact Luna III.
